New Clients
I LOVE meeting new clients, however, I ask you please come into the suite and introduce yourself upon arrival. Don't be shy! If the door is closed to the suite, please have a seat in one of the chairs in the waiting room. If the door is open, PLEASE go ahead and come on in! I cannot wait to meet you.
Cancellation Policy
A card is required to make an appointment. Your information is stored ONLY with Vagaro and I cannot access it except when you are checking out for your appointment. You will not be charged upon booking. Your card is only used if you want to check out with it or if you late cancel/no-show.
When you book an appointment you agree to be charged 50% of your full service if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or if you are late 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment. I try my best to still accommodate late clients however that is not always the case. Any appointments that are "No Show" or cancelled same day, the client will be charged 100% of services cancelled. Future appointments will not be allowed to book until cancellation fee is paid. When you have read and understood the cancellation policy please press 'agree' to continue booking.
